Pokemon HeartGold Help.?

On Pokemon HeartGold i am having trouble in figuring out a team, i currently have -
Totadile
Onyx
Pokemon Egg (Togepi)
Geodude
Pidgey

i am going to get rid of my geodude or onyx as i see no need for both so which one shall i get rid off?
i want my team to contain a fire,water,grass,rock,electric,psychic type pokemon.
can anyone suggest any good pokemon of those types as i have no clue whatsoever

Get rid of Geodude and evolve Onix into Steelix by trading it while it’s holding the metal coat. Also get a fire Pokemon such as Growlithe. If you get Growlithe train it to lv34 so it can learn Flamethrower and use fire stone to get Arcanine. Then train Arcanine to lv39 for it to learn Extremespeed. Also when you’ve hatched the Togepi get it’s happiness to full then level up to evolve into Togetic. Then use the shiny stone to evolve into Togekiss. Evolve Totodile to Croconaw then evolve that to Feraligatr. Replace Pidgey with Electabuzz or Raichu (If you want a pokemon for flying use Togekiss). I don’t really use psychic pokemon so I’m not sure which is the best. But the easiest one to catch in HeartGold is probably Drowzee which you can evolve to Hypno.
